How do you work this out
I had a ham sandwich at lunch time and the ham was 12 cal per slice and when i put the sat fat it was 0.1 then it came back as 0.0 so how many points is this
Hi Bethany,
I think you will find that you need to have 2 or 3 slices and then it would be 1/2 a point, its like if you have one slice its free but you can't just keep eating it cos the more slices you have the more cals etc, so basically you could have 2-3 slices for 1/2 a point. Hope this helps>
