Can someone check the syns in popchips for me? Original? I saw somewhere 5 syns but want to check . 23g bag?

How many calories are in them? I'm pretty sure for items like that with no free food allowance you can work out the Syns by using the formula 20 calories = 1 Syn x

Princess_Stevie is spot on.....when there is no free food allowance (like in chocolate and crisps etc) it is simply 1 syn for every 20 calories....this formula makes it easy as well when you are out and about and on the run
