Could anyone please tell me the syns value in a medium cinema (cineworld) popcorn. Thanks very much in advance.

It will probably depend on whether it was sweet or salted.

It isn't on syns online but a google search shows that 1 large popcorn at cineworld is approx 1800 calories (eeek) - making it 90 syns.

So you would need to estimate in between that for a medium sized.

i think the large cineworld popcorn weighs approx 395g!! so a 1/12 of the bag would be roughly 8 syns !!! take some frozen grapes xx
