Hello all,
I am new to minimins - only signed up today as I want a way to record my weight loss and I am looking for some motivation.
I was just wondering as you are all doing slimming world if you thought it was possible to do slimming world on line and be successful? I don't have a slimming world class near me and I have los so I cannot get out of the house to go to class even if there was one nearby. Or is it important to stay to a class?
I don't want to spend the money signing up if it not as effective as going to a class.
Have some of the weightwatchers propoints books so I could probably do that myself at home.
Any advice and opinions welcomed.
