I'm a little confused - I've been following the red/original plan for a few weeks now and even up to last week you were allowed a weighed amount of potato with skin on as a healthy extra 'b' option.However,I have gone on to Slimming World online tonight and it doesn't seem to be an option now!Can anyone shed any light on this?
