pro points - opinions

Hi, was wondering if you could give me any advice - I did weight watchers a few years ago but always found I was too hungry and couldn't stick to it. Instead I did slimming world and lost about a stone and 4 pounds on it - unfortunately I've now put all that weight back on (am devastated!!!) and am finding it difficult to get back on track on slimming world. Am thinking of trying pro points instead and wondered if anyone could give me some info on it. Want to try it but am worried that will be hungry all the time like I was on points, thanks

i did slimming world before i joined weight watchers and lots a stone and then i decided to try weightwatchers in the summer, and i felt the same as you i felt really weak all the time and didnt know what to eat, i joined again in feburary and i think the new propoints plan is alot easier to follow as i can stack of fruit for free so im never hungry xx

Thanks for your replies! Thats exactly what I wanted to hear - that I won't be as hungry as when I tried to stick to 20 points per day. Think will join in next few days

I never tried the previous weight watchers but so far, I find pro points great (okay so I am only in my 2nd week.)

At the start of the week, I have been making a big batch of zero point soup and have a big bowl for lunch and then split out the rest of my points over the day. I find I can have loads of snack (and I am a serious chocoholic) and a decent size dinner and sometimes I even have points to spare. I haven't felt hungry once yet.

I did SW, but I found my portion sizes growing! so when they said eat as much as you want I did, hence I wasnt loosing as I should have been. Hence joining WW, find it much better for portion control and having a balanced diet.
