hello,
i have been doing ww for quite a while and was hoping a little more motivation by using a diary on here.
i weigh in on mondays and yesterday lost 1.3 pounds, still have around 3 stone to lose.
I am on 33 PP a day and do not attend meetings, just at home.

yesterday food diary

mcdonalds bacon mcmuffin (after my weigh in lol)- 9PP
mcdonalds large coffee- 1PP

strawberry, banana and spinich smoothie- 2PP
sandwich ( 2 xbimbo bread, 1 tablespoon light philly, 2 slices of sandwich ham)- 5PP
2 x waitrose low fat crisps- 6PP

large chicken breast - 10 PP
broccoli, carrots and cauliflower- 0PP
Mayonnaise- 3PP

Total PP- 33
Weekly- 3
Points used- 36 PP

Activity points earned- 8PP

just a little update- out of boredom mostly. my little girl is having a spanish lesson at the minute with her tutor and im trying to keep busy.

i am almost 30, married, one girl aged 5. we emigrated to spain about a year ago, we're in andulucia right on a lovely beach. there are some ww meetings here but my spanish is so basic that it would be such a waste for me to go. i still follow ww uk online plan.
there is a shop not to far from us (20 mins walk) which stock a few ww products but i dont bother much with them, they also stock some waitrose products (yum).

today so far i have had

strawberry, rasberry, banana and spinich smoothie- 2 PP
waitrose low fat crisps- 3PP

Scrambled eggs- 5PP
One slice of white toast with butter- 4 PP
2 x bacon- 2PP

Thats 16 used and 17 left for the day.

Activity points will be 8 again i think for today and we are having curry for tea, yummy.
