I saw that beef in black bean is 5.5 syns for 360g.

If I pull out the beef and peppers and leave most of the sauce, could I weight that and syn it accordingly?

I don't see why not. The sauce is the syn as beef and peppers are free so the less sauce you have the less syns it will be
