putting on weight!!!!

:wave_cry: have been trying slimming world and weight watchers and keep shifting in between the two. seem to be putting on weight every week, even though i am walking, going to gym and doing dumbell training...where am i going wrong??? i want to lose around a stone..feel that i am eating too much on the ee slimming world plan..would it affect my weight loss??? soooo confused..

Hey and welcome to minis.

Eating too much of anything will make you gain weight, even if the food is 'healthy'
So I think as there is free foods allowed on sw some people will over-do it.

Maybe go and seek advice from the slimming world section, they seem like a lovely lot and would know more than I do :D

Which diet are you following at the moment? You could put your week's plan on for peoples' comments.

Would the exercise help or hinder your losses?

I would suggest calorie counting. I notice some people on SW overdo on the calories.
If you don't like calorie counting, portion control is usefull too ;)
