Question - Can I split My Healthy Extras?

S: 18st2.5lb C: 16st12.6lb G: 11st7.0lb BMI: 40.6 Loss: 1st3.9lb(7.03%)
Hi I was wondering if I could split/ Mix and Match Healthy extras?

For example, from A I could have 1 litre unsweetened calcium plain almond milk or 6 laughing cow extra light triangles. Would I be able to go halves for example have 500ml of the milk for a drink/tea/coffee and then 3 triangles to go on my b choice toast?

Just an example - some of the quantities are things I would never eat all of so splitting them would make sense to me if it is ok?
