Just started this week. I'm just wondering what the pp value is in extra light laughing Cow cheese triangles.
I know the light are 2 for 1pp

i dont know for sure but was looking at someones food diary and theyd put 1 extra light laughing cow as 0 pp so maybe its only pointed if u have more than 1?

That's good to know but I always buy the light ones as I think they're far tastier.

light philidephia is only 1pp for 30g i think and u can get loads of different flavours. my favourite is sweet chilli

0pp for 1, 1pp for 2, and also 1pp for 3 I believe.
