quiche

I make this and its scrummy,
Fry a bunch of spring onions and 1 small choppped onion in fry light with 8 rashers of smoked bacon until cooked. Mix in a jug 5 eggs and a 300ml tub of half fat creme fraiche salt and pepper. Spray a flam dish with fry lite to grease and pour in the onion and bacon mix then pour over the egg mix and finally gently stir in 90g of grated cathedral city lighter and bake for 40 mins or until cooked through. This makes 6 decent portions and works out at 7 pro points per slice 42 in total
