well i used to do it in a bolonaise sauce with loads of peppers but ill maybe try making my own sauce with chopped tomatoes and garlic and pepper, might have it tonight if i do ill let you know how it goes.
My sister in law is a veggie and when we were down visiting them with our little ones we went to their house for lunch on the Sunday. She'd made a chilli con carne and we all tucked in and it was really yummy, then I saw her with a plate of it and I only then realised that it was obviously not mince meat in the chilli but quorn! I honestly didn't notice any difference in the taste, texture etc and I've been meaning to buy it to cook with due to it having low cals, carbs etc.
