Does anyone know the syns for the quorn tikka masala and cottage pie?? I don't think the 1 syn for 20 cals would work cos majority of ingredients is free food? X

Erm is that the frozen quorn tikka masala for 3 syns because if it is yay! It's just 50p a pack in farm foods today. I bought 8 lol! It might help me with portion control.
