Qu's - Artificial sweetener & Ketosis breath

Hi, I apologise if this has been asked before (i have searched and not found the answer) but could someone clarify what type of artificial sweeteners are allowed on Exante please? I know tablet ones are allowed, but can you use the granulated versions too?

Also, does anyone have any hints and tips to help disguise/avoid the hideous ketosis breath? My dh is suffering big time and he spends most of his day in meetings with people so doesn't want to inflict the whiff on others! I'm on mat leave so it's only my poor bub who has to suffer mine!

Thanks

Claire

Doh... just realised that in the time it's taken to type my question, someone has asked the same thing re. sweeteners.

Any advice on sugar free mints most welcome though!

Thanks, Claire

you can get these little breath strips, they made by 'nuphar' you can pick them up at boots or any pharmacy. You can also use some breath sprays too :)

Thank you Lauriel - a trip to Boots is in order me thinks!

no worries :) ...Fingers crossed ketotis breath disappears for you soon :)

I'm pretty sure it's a no-go on sugar free mints m'dear :)

RB is right - only the breath strips or some sprays! NO sugar-free minties!
