Hope this is ok to post:

Well I've set myself up for a charity event, you're supposed to Run Every Day in January but i'm gonna do some form of exercise everyday and just carrying that out each day without a few days break is challenging enough for me lol.

Hopefully I will be able to get my SW Silver Body Magic award aswell and get some of these excess pounds off!!!!

Day 1 - 10 minutes walking with the dog
Day 2 - 10 minutes walking with the dog
Day 3 - 28 minutes out walking with the children. (It took 28 mins altogether counting the walk to and walk from farmfoods, not the walking around farmfoods)
Day 4 - 10 minute low cardio workout from YouTube
