So once again im ragin with myself iv went a bit mad from friday.. Just gonna draw line under it and get back on plan today with normal amount of syns etc.. Do u think i cud pull it back and maybe maintain on wed or have teeny tiny loss? Xx

You never know, getting straight back on track might still mean a loss but I suppose it depends what you've eaten! At least if you don't get what you want at weigh in you know you can get it off the week after. Have you got time to fit some exercise in? xx
 
Well this is true:) il do sum exercise:) iv havent eaten tons but what i ate wasn't good:/ xx
