Original Re-joining Slimming World on Thursday!

Hi everybody... I'm Emily...

I am rejoining slimming world this Thursday, after leaving 5 months ago. I lost 7lbs during the 6 weeks I was there, and felt great a swell as doing really well on this plan, but sadly the people at the club wasnt very nice and felt very uncomfortable there. As always, I told myself I will find another club the next week, and here I am 5 months later.

I managed to put all the weight on I lost at slimming world :cry: so I'm ready to give it another try!

Need some advice.... I'm currently studying and also working, what is the best way to avoid eating the high calorie 'on the go' foods (without starving!!)

My current weight is 12st 10lbs and my target weight is 10 st 5lbs

you can make nice pasta/cous cous or bulgar wheat salads, add loads of superfree tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms etc, depends if you have access to microwave or kettle

its all in the planning, when I'm on the go at work all day I prefer green days as then I can have jacket pot with beans and not have to have salad with it and you can have 2 hex a and 2 hex b as well so you can have hi fi bars and stuff
