Re-Starting CS


Hi, I had two weeks off & gained back almost a stone:break_diet:; my Dad had a heart attack & is waiting for a bypass & I'm a stress eater. I know I can't carry on like this & I so enjoy CS & low carb + my tummy is SO much better w/o bread/wheat.
I'm re-committing, as of yesterday, I really need to get this weight off. I had beef soup & vanilla shake + boiled eggs, nuts & cheese, forgot to get meat out for dinner so had the eggs & mayo. Today I'm organised, bags of salad, peppers, low fat hummous & chicken breasts...bring it on!
