Day 37 - Wednesday 30th May 2018

B - Cottage cheese on toast, blueberries, apricots, banana, black tea. Could not finish all the fruits so will be nibbling on them throughout the day.
D - Beef & veg stirfry ( beef, onion, chili, last of olive tapnade, broccoli, carrot, asparagus)
S - leftover fruit from breakfast, pkt crisps, pears, cue, cottage cheese
Fluids - 3L water, black tea
Exercise - lots of bending up & down painting

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 213 lbs (15s 3 lbs)
Loss to date = 10 lbs

B - Bacon sandwich with a side of mango
L/D - Ham & salad sandwich, cue, mango, pea
S - pkt crisps
Fluids - 1L water, diet coke
Exercise - 4 mile walk

Day 38 - Friday 1st June 2018

B - Salad bowl ( chick peas, feta cheese, bns, carrot, seeds, dressing)
D - Salmon & veg ( broccoli, cauli, carrot), piece of German rye bread
S - cheese cake (only because I skipped lunch, went out for sightseeing in the heat and felt fainting - to get my blood sugar back the first thing I saw was cheesecake), nectarins, pear
Fluids - Large diet coke, black tea, 1L water
Exercise -6/7 mile walk

Day 39 - Saturday 2nd June 2018

B - Rye bread, cottage cheese, nectrine, black tea
L - Turkey shnitzel sandwich ( millions of calories)- forgot to take packed lunch, black coffee
D - Sausage wanted that all week, large sala ( leaves, rocket, radish, cue, tom)
S - Nectrines, cherries, 2 small sweets to keep up my sugar level
Fluids - very little as out and about
Exercise - over 8 miles. This should compensate for the sandwich at lunch

Day 40 - Sunday 3rd June 2018

Today has been a naughty day as it is my last day away.
B - Rye bread, soft cheese, salami, tom, cue
L - Sausage in bun, cottage cheese & salad in a jar ( leaves, rocket, tom, cue, radish)
D - Fish & chips with tartare sauce. Couldnot resist it no trying it. Best chips I have ever tried.
S - nectrine, cherries
Fluids - 3L water
Exercise - 6-7 mile walk
Hope all the walking in the last 3 days has helped keeping the damage to a minimum.

Day 41 - Monday 4th June 2018

B - Cottage cheese topped with nectrine on rye bread, black tea
L - Chicken salad ( leaves, rocket, radish, cue, tom), soft cheese
D - Thin slices of salami in rye bread and gherkins. After a long day of walking, there was nothing else to eat.
S - Cereal bar, pkt crisps
Fluids - 1.5L water
Exercise - Around 10-12 miles

B - Boiled eggs, toast, Borsin fig & walnut cheese, black tea
L - Rye bread (too much), salami, gherkins, 1 tbs mayo
D - Selection platter ( boiled eggs, carrot, tom, gherkins, radish, pepper)
S - Strawberries, grapes
Fluids - 3 L water, Large black tea
Exercise - Lots of bending up & down painting

I am doing SW. All is within my allowances. My progress is very slow but in the right direction.
How are you doing.

For some reason I thought you were calorie counting. Your food looks amazing and you’re losing weight so that’s fab!
I’m doing really well been doing calorie counting now for 13 weeks and had a loss every week except for last week but blame the alcohol, lol!

SW works best for me. However, my losses are very slow. This week, I have walked about 20-30 miles and food has been on track apart from a day, but scales show 2 gain. Hopefully by Thursday (weigh day), it might go down. If not, I have to take it on the chin and do my best for next week.

Wow that’s a lot of walking! Hopefully the scales will be nice to you on Thursday 😄

B - Mushroom & egg with 1tbs oil, strawberries, grapes, large black tea
L - Tuna salad (leaves, tomato, rocket, radish, pepper, 1tbs mayo), large black tea
D - Cheese salad sandwich
S - Grapes, strawberries, cereal bar
Fluids - 3L water
Exercise - A mile walk, lots of housework

Disappointed but sticking to the plan and hope to have a big loss next week.

D - Salmon steak & salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, tarragon, mint, tsp mayo)
S - Strawberries, apple, melon
Fluids - Large black tea, glass of water
Exercise - Lots of decorating

L - Bacon sandwich with gherkins, olives and tomato. Muller light which immediatley gave me a headache ( artificial sweetner dies that to me)
D - Steak, broccoli, cauli, carrot, mushrooms, tbs butter
S - 2pkt crisps, dried mulberries
Fluids - 1L water
Exercise - 1.5 mile walk

I have to up my game this week as it seems I am not losing anything.
B - Fruit salad ( apple, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, banana), glass of water, large black tea
L - Cod salad ( leaves, tom, cue, pepper, tbs salad sauce)
D - Burger in pitta bread with a dash of mustard & chutney, fried potatoes & mushrooms, salad leaves, mint, olives, tsb butter
S - Apple, banana, strawberries, pomegrante, 6 hazelnuts
Fluids - 3L water, 2 large black tea
Exercise - lots of housework

D - Salmon salad sandwich ( salmon, pitta bread, leaves, tarragon, mint, tom, cue, pepper, tbs salad sauce). It was yummy
S - Pear, apricot, melon, grapes
Fluids - 1/2 L lemonade ( squah + fizzy water), 3 large black tea
Exercise - Lots of bending up & down

S - Watermelon
Fluids - 1L water, lemonade ( fizzy water, lemon squash)
Exercise - 4 mile walk
