A mega disastrous day foodwise
B - Fruit salad with cottage cheese and sprinkle of nuts
L - Italian buffet. I ate 2 pieces of pasta to try but otherwise stuck to cold plate which had plenty of bread, cheese, olives, olive oil and a small desert
D - Another cold plate of hummus, gherkins, chicken, boiled egg, herbs & dressing and 2 pieces of toast
S - 5 dates
F - 3 Black tea, black coffe, large pkt of puffed snack
E - 14,800 steps
