Reaching Target in 2020

Yesterday, I felt so hungry to a point that I had a headache. Luckily went out and by the time I got back, my hunger feelings had gone. Could not workout the reason until this morning. Normally on WI day, I take it easier and eat whatever I want but yesterday, I did not even realise it was WI day. This goes to show that if you have given yourself a habit, it raises its ugly head when you forget about it yourself. Lets see if I can get rid of that habit.
B - Cottage cheese on WM toast
L - Buffet (chicken, pasta, sandwich), strawberries & Blackberries
D - Home made chicken soup with Corned beef sandwich
S - Apple
F - Black coffee, Black tea, Diet coke, J2O
E - 8,500 steps

1. A friend who has not seen me for ages told me I look tiny
2. Asked for a Diet Coke and the guy who was serving me said "why do you want Diet, you are so small"

These brought a big smile to my face.

L - Cauliflower cheese with chicken satay
D - Lamb & veg soup (lamb, onion, carrot, Green beans, baby sweetcorn, potato)
S - Banana, orange, clementine, 2 sugar cubes
F - Black coffee, 4 Black tea
E - 5,000 steps

B - Porridge (ginger, apple, raisins, oats, tbs butter, banana
L - Minted lamb shop, chicken, prawns, piece of fish, 2 tbs beans salad, mashed potato, rocket - that was enough for lunch & dinner
S - Apple, orange, piece of lemon drizzle cake and ice cream
F - 2 Black tea, 2 glasses of wine
E - 6,000 steps

D - Pkt of mini chicken kievs
S - Orange, oat & raisin cookies (what do they put in there - it left a funny taste in my mouth)
F - 6 Black coffee, 2 Black tea
E - 6,000 steps, cleaning windows and cleaning the balcony

F - 3 Black coffee, 6 Black tea

S - Orange, boiled sweet, apple

Yesterday, I got very cold as I was outside foe more than 12 hours - It is fine in the sun but in the shade with wind blowing was freezing. So woke up very hungry
B - Breakfast in a jar - layers of banana, strawberries and yogurt sprinked with some oats, 2 slices of toast, cottage cheese and strawberry jame
Didn't enjoy it and did not satisfay my hunger but I had to stop before escalating to a binge day

B - Cheddar & toast
L - pasta filled with bolonaise sauce and cheese - was ok
D - Turkish meze. Did not eat much but feel so full
S - Cue, Ripple (175 Cal)
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 glasses of wine, 2 glass of water
E - 10,500 steps

I feel so bloated and fat. Now that the weather is getting better, I am going to increase my walking and perhaps do a couple of exercise sessions a week to tighten the muscles.

I always notice how my appetite changes with the weather, but you are doing really well

D - Vegetable soup ( onion, carrot, broccoli, baby corn, Green beans, potato, tbs butter)
S - Pear, Ripple (175 Cal), 2 boiled sweets
F - 3 Black coffee, 6 Black tea
E - Not going for a walk today as it has turned really cold again
