F - 5 Black tea
E - 1 hr body tone, 5,600 steps

D - Pizza - It was delicious & I ate too much
S - 2 Black tea, diet coke, water

L - Tiger baguette with Cumberland sausage - it was awful and wish never had it
D - Ham salad with potato salad & roll
S - slice of lemon meringue pie, bluberries, grapes
F - Large bottle of orange juice

B - WM toast with tbs peanut butter
L - 4 crackers with butter & apricot cheese
D - Spag bol with salad (leaves, cue, tom, gherkins, pepper, radish, beetroot, olives)
S - Apple, fruit yogurt
F - 6 Black tea
E - 5,000 steps and lots of cutting grass and cleaning the house from to to bottom

L - Spag bol salad (leaves, tom, cue, pickled veg, beetroot, olives)
D - Chicken kebab friend in tbs oil, salad, small baked potato
S - Fruit yogurt, 2 biscuits, pkt crisps
F - 4 Black tea
E - Lots of house work and up & down the stairs, 2,500 steps

L - Chicken slices sandwich with cream cheese
D - vegetable casserole (Onion, ginger, aubergine, corgette, pri pri lemon & garlic sauce, tbs butter) topped with yogurt
S - 2 squares of chocolate
F - Black tea, 2 G&Ts, Black coffee
E - 4,000 steps

For the past couple of weeks, I have had too much to do and unsettled stomach so been avoiding salads, yummy things and tuck to plain sandwichs not to upset my tummy more. Hopefully back on track now.
