No problem with food and satisfied but for some reason I can't resist the snacks and naughty bits. Going to try to avoid them so I can see benefits of the exercise
L - mushroom omelette, mixed vegetables with TBS butter
D- Salami salad in pitta
S - Banana, pkt pistachios, apple
F - 2 lemon/ginger & honey drink, 2 black tea
E - 30 mins exercise, 20 km exercise bike

Although, I haven't been feeling hungry, I have forced myself to ear what is in the fridge for the fear of them going off.
From tomorrow, I am just going to take it easier on myself and eat when I am hungry rather worrying about saving the food.
I need to lose some weight by end month this time and need to go back to eating sensibly and healthy in conjunction with exercise routine.

Today is the first day that I felt hungry
B - 2 pitta topped with banana, cottage cheese & sprinkled with seeds
L - Mixed vegetables cooked in ribs butter
D - Oat cakes with hummus, pkt crisps
S - Apple, pear, nectarine, Bombay mix
F - Lemon/ginger & honey drink, 4 black tea
E - 30 mins exercise

I was looking forward to my exercise but got held up with something else and then felt hungry and ate so exercise will be done later
B - Banana, cottage cheese on WM toast, sprinkled with seeds, nectarine
L - Beef curry & rice with a massive salad
D - large pkt crisps
S -Pear, peach, pineapple
F - 2 Lemon/ginger & hone drink, 6 Black lemon tea
E - Never got to do my exercises as I find it is better to do them early morning on empty stomach

S - Pineapple, small cake, banana, lettuce, 3 small chocs
F - 2 Lemon/ginger & brown sugar drink, 4 Black lemon tea, Black coffee
E - 30 mins exercise. I am getting used to them so easier

I have been eating one meal a day but today decided to have breakfast & lunch and found I am full up and don't want to eat. Let's hope this continues and I can shed the excess weight.
B - cheese in toast
L - Burger sandwich on 2 WM toast, TSP ketchup, TBS mayo
S - 2 pieces of cake
F - Lemon/ginger & brown sugar drink, 4 Black tea, Black coffee
E - 30 mins exercise, 5,000 steps
It all started well and then I was invited for coffee and cake.

Couldn't do my exercise today as had to leave early for a trip
B - 2 croissants. I was looking forward to eating them but they didn't taste as expected. wasted calories

D - 3 wraps with peanut butter & gherkins. The only things I had at home

E - 3,000 steps

Start weight : 174 lbs
Target weight : 150 lbs
Current weight :167.5 lbs (6.5 lbs loss)

Weighed myself and not sure if I have really lost this weight but will take it and weigh again on Tuesday to double check
