Current weight ( 27/01/2026) - 167 lbs (11st 13 lbs)
Target Weight - 154 lbs (11st), 18 lbs (1st 4 lbs) to lose
Loss (27/01/2026) - +2lbs
Total loss - 5 lbs, 13 lbs to lose

It has been a month since I last weighed. I have been away for a month travelling and eating what was available. My snacking was worse than my eating. Now I have to get my head back in the game and lose this last stone.
