S - pkt (4) oatcakes, tbs honey
F - Black tea, hot chocolate made with hazelnut milk
E - 1h exercise, 6,000 steps

B - cottage cheese mix with home made jam on WM toast sprinkled with sunflower seeds, boiled eggs in WM toast
L - Tuna mayo salad
D - Chicken in white wine sauce & peas
S - Roasted chickpeas, 2tbs sunflower seeds, 3 ginger biscuits, pkt Rosemary snacks
F - Black tea, 2 glasses of hazelnut milk
E - 30 mins exercise, 7,500 steps
