really proud of myself

I had a fantastic day at the beach with my friend and the horses her OH and step daughter came along too the sun was shining. I amazed myself yesterday with my will power though when we came off the baech there was an ice creamvan so every one go cone (even the horses got an ice lolly) now I love ice cream but you know what I was not even tempted not once even when her OH brought out the cool box full of food and home made chocolate brownies I sat with my water!!!

that to me is a huge thing as nomally I would have been stuffing my face but not to even feel tempted or hungry was great

I am looking forward to week 2 WI

Well done babe, you did really well to resist all that temptation.

I made brownies with my girls Saturday evening and they smelt yummy but I wasn't tempted at all, I know I can make more when I get to target and that will be sooner if I resist!
