I seem to have lost all my willpower today, and although I really want to lose it, im eating absolutly terrible, I hadnt even ralised how bad i was being till I had eaten it and felt awful (sick as a pig) from eating such crap. why am i doing this?? :( In a way, I feel like im trying to make myself feel worse.

Hi there,

I can totally relate to how you have been feeling because I have been feeling the same for the last week - I have eaten for the sake of it, eaten too much and most of it has been junk.

I'm going to try and pick a day where I go shopping for food to make healthy lunches and dinners and start on a clean slate. Draw a line under what has already been and remember we all have days/weeks where we fall off the wagon so don't beat yourself up about it.

Keep smiling, you will get there :)

I've been having a week like that too.. It's what inspired me to go online and find a good website for support. If I had to guess I've had about 3000 cals everyday since Saturday. I usually have about 1400.. Feel sick, bloated, slow, breathless cause im always stuffed. . It's not good.. Tomorrow is another day. :)

I havent even gone on holiday yet (I go tomorow) and I've put on 5lb. Should I star afresh when i go away? or wait till i come back? is that naughty? I don't know what is wrong with me!

I went on holiday at the start of the summer and put on a half stone due to fatty fast food and cocktails. To be honest it ruined my time a little over there. It's impossible to count calories on food you don't usually eat. You can only decide for yourself hun but the main thing is to enjoy your hol in every way possible! :)

You should enjoy your holiday and not stress over it too much, but just try and eat sensibly. That's what i'm planning to do when I go away in a couple of weeks. If you are going somewhere with a pool, try and do an hours swimming in the morning, that you can maybe treat yourself when eating :)
