I'm sure it's been done before, but I just wanted to put down a couple of reasons I love this diet-other than the weight loss :p

1. I don't think of food in the same way. (other than my weird food porn habit-I read recipe books secretly under the covers at night!!!:D)

2. I now love water. Nothing bad about that new habit!!

What else? Anyone else got a few? Cheer us up on this wet Friday afternoon...

ooh ooh-another one:

3. minimins.

I detest cooking so I love not having to cook however the odd thing is that when I look on StumbleUpon.com: Personalized Recommendations to Help You Discover the Best of the Web and it throws up a recipe page I have started reading them and saving a few for doing when I start eating again. I wonder if this feeling will stay with me when I get off the diet and I will suddenly start to like cooking!

I also like the extra time I have now that I don't have to shop for food and prepare it.

I love my ever-changing silhouette as I look in the mirror. I'm not toned or trim but I know that I have made a real and noticeable progress x

I love that cd is just so easy and has virtually got me to goal, and the slimmest i have ever been. Love that cd and minis has helped me begin to put the head work in to be able to make this change last for good, and get realistic about how hard that is going to be...xx
