Recommend...Maple and raisin drop scones

makes 8...85cals.....2.8g fat each


100g self-raising flour
1 egg
grated zest of a lemon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
15g(1tbsp) maple syrup
1tbsp sunflower oil
100ml semi-skimmed milk
25g raisins
oil mister

1) in food processor/blender whiz all the ingredients together EXCEPT the raisins, to make a smooth pouring batter...stir in the raisins
2) heat a non-stick frying pan and spray lightly with oil
3) use a tbsp to pour 2-3 scones into pan. heat gently on one side, turning once, until browned
4) repeat until batter is used up

store in air tight container for 2 days and can be frozen
