Redhead - back on track to slimdom

I mix the porridge cold then microwave it, works for me, I buy plain and add nutmeg and Cinnamon, sweetener or vanilla essence yum.
 
Thanks, I'll definitely try adding cinammon etc. I tried the plain porridge and it was a bit like lumpy grout, but at least it didn't explode this time, so anything that gives more taste will be good.

I know I shouldn't, but I got weighed this morning. :eek: The scales are already saying 5lb less that they did on Saturday morning :D I've had loads of arguments with myself about whether weighing daily is a good or a bad thing, and for me it's a good thing because it keeps me focused on losing weight - if I've lost, then I'm motivated, and if I haven't lost, then it keeps me on the straight and narrow to be 100% and get the scales moving again.

Time for work. I've got my tetras, my peppermint tea and my painkillers (oh yes, the Ketohead is here!). Hope everybody has a good day and I'll catch up with everybody later
