referral?

I am currently doing the paleo diet and starting to feel that my eating habits are out of control and really starting to make me depressed and I was told that I can get a referral to slimming world via my gp and was just wondering if it was available in southampton and how to go about getting it?

i would say go and see your dr, many surgeries can opt in or out for the refferal's good luck !
