Rejoined for the FINAL time....

Hello all my lovely buddies

Well its been a while from iv been on but i took the bull by the horns last week and decided to rejoin ole faithful SW, when i stepped on the scales i was disgusted, so upset that i actually cried , but it was what i needed to kick start me to lose the weight once and for all.. So I had my first weigh in last night and i lost 6LBS!!!!! :happy036:

Its really motivated me to carry on for the rest of week and im determined to get my half stone award next week lookin forward to talkin to you all again. Im also going to be keeping a food diary so please pop over and comment
