replacements for scan bread

Ok I know its full of fibre and helps you loose the weight really well but I still reckon it tastes like chewing on cardboard. Anyone know any alternatives (any food) that has the same efffect as im finding it hard this week and my swc has recommended the bread but. I just. Cant eat it. Lol

I love scan bran there isn't really any alternative that I know of
