Researching SF

Hi guys. I don't really know a lot about SF but I am considering changing to hopefully give me a kick start! I think all I know right now is that green foods you can eat as much as you want (until full) and then you have your 49 weeklies on top of that. Am I right?

I love WW but feel I am stuck in a rut right now and they say a change is as good as a rest! Will be hovering the next few days/weeks with lots of questions!

I love it but am tracking for a few days to get back on the wagon. There are lots of threads here that answer a lot of questions!! A change is mostly the answer ;)
You eat until satisfied, not full. Which is sometimes what I struggle with! I love it though and feel so much healthier :)
