Going to see my CDC tonight so on the wagon from tomorrow.

Cutting down on carbs today and increasing my water intake.

Gutted.....went back to my CDC today to restart again last time was April. But as nurse has changed my meds for asthma she has to inform h.o. So didn't get ny packs. Hope I don't need another doc signature as last one cost me a tenner
