Hi Nicole, I wondered where you'd been ! I lost 10lbs but put it all back on again :cry: I have since given up smoking so now need to aim to lose about a stone starting from Monday.

The Wendi plan is for when you have reached a plateau and need to re-kickstart your metabolism. You still have the same amount of points per week but just juggle them around so that you don't eat the same amount of points everyday...see this thread...
I'm restarting aswell after gaining all I lost before - oops!
Anywayyyyyyy just had a wee look at this wendi plan does it just work the same on the pro points plan? I might keep this tucked under my belt for when I hit the WALL!

Woo Hoo 4lbs lost this week Instead of doing the Wendi plan again this week i'm sticking to my 19 points and saving the Wendi plan for when I plateau, soooo pleased
