I did calorie counting last year and lost a couple of stone but then I met my now boyfriend and it all went down hill a bit. We got a bit to lax about things, ate out too much and I put on about a stone and a half of the 3 that I'd lost. I've relost that again now and am down to 4 stone down and at my lowest adult weight. I've been doing a VLCD but it's just been too difficult and isn't for me anymore so I'm back here calorie counting. I'm 4 stone down now but have another 3 to go, hoping to get as much of that off as possible before my holiday on 21st August. Looking forward to chatting with you all
