I was just wandering if anyone has any advice for me,
I've been doing slimming world and been losing weight slowly so thought I'd have a boost and do the Cambridge diet for a couple of weeks. This has helped me to lose a stone in 2 weeks. I am returning to slimming world as its the healthier option for me long term but my question is what's the best way to eat healthily again without gaining lots of weight?
