    I'm going into week4 and really need to stop faffing,first 2 weeks were fab and I lost 19lb,then got a sicky bug and messed around last week and managed to gain 1lb :break_diet: Messed about a bit up until today but I am DETERMIND I shall loose this week,today is the no going back day!

    Wish me luck,I WANT to wear my size 14s at xmas :eek:

    I totally understand cddietgal... I feel the same, my losses have been ok but that last couple of weeks i have messed them up by doing silly things... need to really get my bum into gear now for Christmas..

    Imagine yourself on Christmas day.....what are you wearing, how do you feel.........now hold that thought and keep it at the forefront of your mind. I did just that when I started CD on 21 June, imagining what I'd look and feel like at a friend's daughters wedding last weekend, and it worked - I got there and felt fantastic!
