Forget what you were doing, and start a new plan.

If you are finding a DD really tough to get back into why not try the 5pm to 5pm approach instead. I just don't eat anything during my 24 hour fasts, so I can do that anywhere, home/work etc.
 
Completely agree it's frame of mind! I was doing well until this afternoon then was miserable and ate more than I should so my plan is to not eat from now until lunch time except a herbal tea or coffee! So that's about 15-16 hrs.. and then a small eating window until ten/eleven and then my normal Thursday DD :) won't mess up my week plan and it's not the right way but it makes me stress less hahaa
 
yes definitely start afresh, some weeks you may need to swap your dds and uds anyway to fit around work/social plans etc. i find the 5pm - 5pm rule works best for me as its a proper 24 hours rather than say an 36 hour stint when you include your sleep time as well. you're more likely to be less hungry that way, although you must follow whats you think is best for you :) xx
