Can any one tell me what is the syn value if any for risotto Pronto Quatttro Formaggi.

Is it this one? Riso Gallo, Risotto Pronto, Four Cheese, dried, 100g dry if so it's 1/2 a syn per 100g dry on Green and EE

Yes. What is the syn value when cooked for 175gr pack thanks

Well if it's ½ syn for 100g dry weight it will be just under double that for 175g. I would just call it 1 syn
