rosemary lamb bake

serves 2, 7 points per person

200 gramms new potatoes scrubbed and halved
200 gramms carrotts peeled and cut into chunks
1 red onion cut into wedges
4 x 125 gramms lamb leg steaks
2 rosemary sprigs
450 ml chicken or veg stock
salt and ground black pepper

preheat oven gas mark 6/ 200 degrees/ fan oven 180
place potatoes, carrotts onions in a large roasting tin, sprinkle with seasoning place the lamb steaks and rosemary on top pour over the stock and bake for 30 mins until golden and cooked through.



i done this last saturday and used ordinary in season potatoes and lamb loin chops.
