running out of points!

    Hi everyone, this is my second week doing the weight watchers plan, first weigh in was good 3.5lb loss, starting to struggle this week tho! Im getting to the evening and have run out of points but im still hungry, i guess i should be eating more filling foods but when the weather is so hot i dont fancy cooking. Does anybody have any ideas what i could have for dinner that would keep me satisfied all evening?

    Weight watchers
    large portion of pasta (225g cooked = 3 points)
    Chicken breast (3)
    Courgette, peppers, mushrooms, red onion etc (0)
    Half a jar of ww tomato pasta sauce (1)

    This is MASSIVE, I mean It's easily enough for two large portions, but it only comes to 7 points. It really works for me :)

    cook your pasta late in the evening or earlier morning before it gets too hot then wash with cold water and refridgerate it, then when its your meal time stick some tuna and sweetcorn and light mayo with it mix well and serve with salad leaves.

    Also good for when you run low on points is jelly sugar free jelly is zero points.
