It's on page 24 of the food optimising book - under the Grab & Go section.
To be honest it is a bit confusing because the heading "Cereals and Crispbreads" is on page 23, and some are listed there, followed by cereal bars, then on page 24 there is bread, and then the Grab & Go section, which is where most of the crispbreads are.
Not a very clear layout.
