I am trying to decide how many syns in a tablespoon of Gordon Rhodes sage and onion stuffing to have with our roast chicken tonight (because I really like it). But it doesn't say if its the dry mix out of a packet or the wet made-up final mix that you put on your plate.
Any ideas?
