The syns in sainsburys chicken noodle soup...I've got the flu and just grabbed the tin off the shelf, I'm hoping it's not much
It will be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories as soup does not qualify for a free food allowance but be warned, tinned soups are usually high in syns for this reason.
