sainsburys ready in 2 minutes wholemeal rice

Hello there, I have done a search and cant find it does anyone know how many syns the wholegrain basmati rice is in the 250g pouch?

I can only see this one which doesnt say wholegrain:


2 Minute Meals, Basmati Rice, ambient, 250g pouch 3½

I assume its pretty much the same, but Ill calculate it if you post the NVs

of which is sat 0.4
mono unsaturates 0.9g
polyunsaturates 1.0g
fibre 1.4g
salt 0.10g

I looked up others like tilda and uncle bens and this one seems to be low in fat an calories per pack, and for their version their 3. I just couldn't find sainsburys.
