Hi all,
had my first weigh in earlier and lost zilch, zero, nada!!
Apart from Saturday night (girls night out at a hotel
) stuck to plan all week, ate fresh, homemade meals and fruit, used between 7-11 syns per day and exercised twice. I'm so depressed, I love SW and think it's a fab plan but this is the 3rd time I've joined with little or no success! Maybe it's just not for me? My friend lost a pound and she ate loads over the weekend and did no exercise!!
I'm gonna give it another week or so and then prob go back to WW if it still doesn't work. I just see everone else having so much success and I could squeal!!!! (I've done both green and original before as well!!)
