I am looking for an approx syn value for a glass of sangria..would anyone have a clue about this please

An 8oz glass of Sangria is ROUGHLY 150 calories, from what I can see online, and that really is roughly. Since it has no free food allowance, using the 1 syn per 20kcal rule, I'd say 7.5 syns....
It sounds high, but it has wine, brandy and fruit juice in doesn't it? So maybe it is right...
